I offer individual, teen, couple therapy, and family therapy sessions for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and typically scheduled on a weekly basis.
I accept most insurances.
My focus is on fostering a trust-based relationship, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being vulnerable and sharing your story. I believe that therapy should feel supportive and inviting, where kindness, compassion, and even a touch of humor can flourish.

My aim is to help you find the relief and balance you seek using various therapeutic modalities, including narrative therapy, mindfulness practices, and cognitive behavioral techniques.
In our first session, we will take the time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I will listen attentively to your experiences and concerns, ensuring you feel heard and understood. We will discuss your goals and how we can work together to achieve them. You can expect a compassionate ear and a collaborative spirit as we navigate your journey toward healing.
